Thurs, 4th Sept
Breakfast - Nestum/Soya Milk
Lunch - Boiled Egg
Dinner - Bit of steamed minced meat with mushrooms, steamed sliced chicken, chive omelette & 2 tablespoons brown rice
Weight Loss - Still at 2 kgs since Day 1
Yoga - No
Fri, 5th Sept
Breakfast - Nestum
Lunch - Fish Slice Soup with tofu/tomatoes/salted vegetables/beansprouts + green bean sago dessert
Dinner - 2 teaspoons grilled salmon, French beans, 1.5 tiny baby potatoes, bit of steamed meat, 2 slices pomelo
Weight Loss - ??
Yoga - Yes
I will however be offered lots (and lots) of meals from tomorrow - I will accept but whether I EAT them or NOT will be the biggest question right now - so come back on Monday. Have a great weekend everyone!
