Chinese New Year 2008 - Part 5

Here is a lovely picture of Mum & Wm's radish cake - it has Chinese sausages, dried ham, dried shrimps and mushrooms.

They are so unlike the floury radish cakes in the local dimsum restaurants, Mum's has so much radish and other lovely ingredients in them.

Fry till crispy and eat with lots of chilli oil. Hmmm, I think I know what I would like for my breakfast this morning...
