Here is some sayur manis which I cooked in a belachan, dried shrimps, garlic/shallot & chilli paste with light coconut milk, with sliced fish cake.
I sprinkled some dried crispy dried shrimp belachan paste on top for colour and extra flavour. Delish over rice.
And some fried wantan
With a simple tabasco & mayo dip. Nice and crunchy.
