Here is a takeaway Kuching laksa which I had for lunch yesterday. Ooh, it was delicious! Their sambal belachan stinks and was perfect with the spiced coconut gravy. The lasksa comes with shredded chicken, bean sprouts, sliced egg omelette, prawns, belachan, lime and some coriander leaves.

If you thinking, it seems they are very generous with the prawns, stop; there were only 3, so I added 'a few more' from my freezer. I love Kuching laksa.

May I know the shop's name. Laksa looks good.

Hi anonymous - it's from My Own Cafe (same block as Most Cafe - few shops down), located opposite block from Soto Rossmini's in Gadong. Hope you find it and let me know what you think - if you take it home, you can heat it up properly, as I was told that it's served not boiling hot in the shop.E.
