Kart's Roti Booom or Roti Bom
I bought this to go with my beef curry. It was pretty good, flaky on the outside but slightly chewy and doughy inside which I did not fancy, so I just ate the flaky bits. The girls enjoyed it though and it was a good accompaniment to any curry dish.
This was pan-fried with in a non-stick pan with a few drops of oil and kept warm in the oven till serving.
