Sat, 12th Jan 2007

I had this for lunch today. It was yummy, just the right touch of pepper and dried shrimps inside, and the skin was just elastic enough without being sticky/doughy thick and the addition of fried garlic on top was a nice touch. I think its called Chye Kui in hokkien.

I had it with spicy garlic sauce which I had to mask with a lot of Fisherman's Friend all afternoon.
