Was at a very important birthday dinner last night - Lobster Salad was one of the starters. And guess what I have in my freezer right now - I had the shells/heads packed (all 4 of them for 4 tables of guests) to make a lobster bisque.
I think there is still some meat left in the legs...... yumms....
The biggest question now is - Do I know how to make lobster bisque??
