My fave laksa are the Singapore and Kuching variety, this pic being the Singapore variety. Lovely thick strands of springy white noodles, bathed in a powerful tasty broth, served with crunchy beansprouts, fish cake, fish balls, tofu and lots of sambal paste.
Yes, I know, I know, it's dreadfully oily but a tablet of this will soon take care of it.
