Weds, 27th June 2007

And I made a chicken curry with potatoes and tofu before I went to work today.
Mark asked for this for lunch as he ate a particularly good mild curry at Wm's on Sunday.

I don't think Hazel will be able to cope with a curry so she will have chicken salad sandwich from last night's roast chicken.

Hello M - closely guarded secret, pop into Soon Lee or Hua Ho, buy a packet of A1 Best Meat Curry Paste, add some blended garlic/shallots/onions & the paste, chicken and coconut milk. Add curry leaves. And that's it!!! hehe - cheat's way.ym. p.s The fish curry paste is lovely too. Best curry paste I've had so far.
