Vegetables

Dinner on Tues, 15th May 2007 - sayur manis with egg





And Dinner on Weds, 16th May 2007 - brinjals with mince meat and a half a teaspoon of red preserved beancurd. I really like this and you can cook this up in 15 minutes. Slice Brinjals, marinate mince meat. Heat wok, add some oil, fry garlic till fragrant, add beancurd and mince meat. Toss evenly, add brinjals, some oyster sauce and lots of white pepper. Add a little water and cook till soft. Yummy.
