Tonight I made kolomee for M & H. It's just blanched egg noodles tossed in a homemade, light, slightly sweet soy sauce, topped with a thick minced chicken and mushroom sauce, sliced thin egg omelettes and crispy shallots. With a plate of spinach. And mangoes for dessert. I'm lazy and tired so it's just basic meals for the time being.
