My dinner - I have a bag of okra in the fridge which I had forgotten about. I am pretty sure they had grown in size during their confinement in the fridge wrapped up in newspapers and tied in a plastic bag.
They were extremely old, tough and fibre-y, but I ate them all anyway, fried with belachan, dried shrimps, chillies, garlic & shallots.
The eagle eyed would have spotted the green bok choy amongst the okra - something also found languishing in my vegetable drawer.
