Too hot to leave the house for lunch so I went my trusty larder and found a packet of instant Lobster Noodles which I brought back from HK recently.
It comes in a pack of 5 individual packets.
Inside are the noodles nestled in a plastic case with a packet of flavourings (read msg) and a packet of chilli paste.
Cook as you would a packet of Maggi noodles. Add more chilli oil and eat. Taaasty! Don't forget to drink lot of tea to wash away the msg-y aftertaste.
