BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD - I fell off the wagon AGAIN!!!
Why why why did I stop by the corner shop on the way back from work for a packet of this?

Why?

And why did I add a fried crunchy egg with crackling edges and a slightly melty yolk and placed it on top? With a splash of sweet sticky soy sauce?
And when I was done, the beast had not quietened so I had grass jelly with longan and icy syrup........

Goodness E, that Indo Mee with fried egg looks really tempting!!!! At close to 11pm, it's too late to eat now - so I'm definitely cooking this for my breakfast tomorrow. And the dessert must be refreshing and cooling - gonna get the ingredients tomorrow as well and make it straightaway....yum! yum!

Hello A! hehe - Glad I have your support - I felt so GUILTY after eating that but it was so good, I didn't care. I hope you enjoyed your breakfast as much as I did my after-work snack yesterday. E. p.s hmmm - there are still 4 packets left.....

Hahaha...u make ppl wanna eat the same thing!! But that indomie sure looks good even though it's cheap. Heee. I always feel that u can indulge urself once a while cos life is too short to think abt diets and what u can't eat at all. Just have to balance out with exercise. If only I exercise as much as I pig out...hee.

Hi E, I sure did enjoy my breakfast :) That should last me another week or 2 before I start craving for it again! Hehe! And I just had the grass jelly with longan - never had this combination before and we all love it. Thanks to you.

And Sugar's right about life being too short to be obsessed about diets. The key is everything in moderation. But it's easier said than done though, there's just way too much good food to try out and too little time to exercise!!

Hi Sugar. I'm glad to hear that. You are right - balance is everything but sometimes the 'pig-outs' tips the scales right over, in my case that is! E.
