Fried a huge wok of sardine meehoon for everyone - it was quite difficult to manage such a large amount of noodles so they were not very intact at the end of frying. I added 2 sweet cabbages and 3 large carrots, all shredded, a large tin and small tin of sardines and 8 eggs. Good arm work.
