More pics of my salmon cream sauce with asparagus. I did say flake in my 
earlier post, didn't I, but look at these huge chunky pieces of salmon. This photo was taken just after I added the white wine. 
And this was taken after cream was added.
Lastly. (Next time I will parboil the asparagus very lightly and add them at the end of cooking time - although not mushy, they were not as firm as they should be here as I added them too early).
