We had Chicken Rice from Phong Moon (available on Tuesdays only) - it was good! I had a drumstick;

The rice was not too oily and fragrant and the chicken was pretty tender and tasty
I liked the fried garlic chips and asked for more which I mixed into some soy sauce. The spicy sour chilli sauce was perfect with the chicken.

Hello Nora - ok, I'm going to confess to you and everyone else that J and I ordered ANOTHER plate of chicken (almost half)mid-way into the meal...... It was that good, and extra chilli of course. I was popping Fishermen's Friends for the rest of the afternoon! E.
