Christmas

Still in a Christmas mood.
From the top - mixture of dark/white turkey meat with lotsa gravy, brilliant emeralds of sprouts, marinated mushrooms - an Italian recipe, roasted potatoes, glazed carrots and raw cucumbers/red peppers, sausages and stuffing.

Sick for a record breaking 5 days and slightly wobbly, I will venture out of the house for the first time in 3 days. Mighty fine way to end the year.

Your Xmas plate looked so much like mine. Instead of sausage we had roast beef. I love turkey with cranberry sauce, this year turkey turned out really juicy because I didn't make it..haha !
I didn't make gravlax last week, can't find good thick salmon at the super. We used smoked salmon instead.

I love turkey with cranberry sauce too; however SS ran out this year and I was too lazy to search for a recipe and make one although there were some dried cranberries in the fridge. Hope you manage to make the grav lax soon. Best regards,E.
