Dinner tonight. Fern with dried shrimp, chillies and shrimp paste.

Hi E,
I usually add boiled fern in pasta dish, seafood curry or quiche. But I like your way best, or anything sambal...mmmm

Oh,that's interesting, Lynn - I never would have thought of cooking it that way - here it is almost usually cooked with sambal or with rice wine dregs(?) which I have never attempted.E.
