Home

Don't really know where to start so how about this? Safely encased in its own dust cover and another protective bag.
And this baby went home to its rightful momma S earlier. Here they are - happily united.
Here's the fierce sales assistant at Harrods where I bought S's bag.

p.s. Went shopping in my work clothes.
More Chanel deliciousness.

Hi, comment with email removed. I think Supa Save is pretty good - they are usually very fresh there. To remove smell, wash and drain liver thoroughly, slice, wash again with cornstarch, and rinse. Soak for approx 10 minutes (keep changing water) and lastly marinate with light soy, white pepper and ginger slices. This method is very effective for getting rid of any smell from pork liver. HK congee can be made in a slow cooker but liver has to cook on fast high heat (long cooking will toughen it significantly) so because of this, the slow cooker method may not be suitable for liver porridge. Hope this helps.E.
p.s The price. With the VAT refund and the current exchange rate, the price is lower than in Spore. Hope this helps too :-) E.

Hi E,
Thanks for ur advice. But sounds abit tedious, ain't it? Perhaps another trip to HK seems more practical, honestly I dnt mind to have this every meal.
Have u tried d green pandan rice version of nasi lemak sold at d Hj Ahmad flat, recommended by a fren but havent tried personally. Not sure d exact place and operating time,u can call 2229413 for enquiry.
For s'pore laksa, have u tried d katong laksa at east coast rd who claimed their original authentication? I hsd tried once but din really like it, d soup were too coconutty (fattening and unhealthy), still prefer d Kuching curry version n d KB rojak store.
