And because I felt like experimenting, here are some garlic butter prawns with squids.

It was g.o.o.d - pound a clove of garlic, add butter, salt & black pepper, chopped parsley, minced shallots, olive oil and white wine.

Let seafood come to room temperature and make sure it is dry. Heat oil/butter mixture under grill - when bubbly gently, remove dish and add seafood - cook for approx 5 minutes till prawns are just cooked and slightly crunchy. The garlic butter/oil is magnificent with hot toasted bread/pita. A great 'entertaining' dish with very little effort.
