Seafood Pasta

For Z who asked for 'print-friendly' recipes, here it is for Seafood Pasta
Ingredients
Fresh Basil (whole leaves)
Very fresh Prawns, Squids (and salmon, mussels, etc)
Garlic
Onions (white and red) - red optional
Fresh Parsley
Fresh Torn Basil
Cherry Tomatoes Halved
Little mixed dried herbs (marjoram, tarragon, Italian mixed herbs)
Fish Stock
Salt & Black Pepper
Method
1. Add oil to a pan and fry some whole basil leaves till crispy for garnish. Remove and keep aside.
2. Heat more olive oil in same pan till very hot - brown seasoned prawns, squid, and any other seafood (do not overcrowd pan). Remove from heat and keep aside.
3. Fry garlic, onions till fragrant, add basil leaves & fresh parsley. Add all other herbs, add cherry tomatoes and squish them. Add fish stock and season well.
4. Pour in all the pre-panfried seafood and more shredded basil. Saute gently for 1 minute.
5. Add very al-dente pasta - toss gently. Add more seasoning if necessary.
6. Serve with chilli olive oil seasoned with salt and black pepper.

There you go, I hope that's print-friendly enough.

Here are some pics.
