Exciting Dinner coming up

Wm bought 2 hunks of Black Angus Beef from Melbourne on her recent trip recently. This Saturday 5th April, we are going to have them with some guests.
This looks like the menu:
Lightly Toasted Turkish Bread (from Victoria Market, Melbourne)
With Foie Gras
With Roasted Garlic and Anchovy Dip
With Aged Balsamic Vinegar and a Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil (also from Melbourne)

Slow Roast Black Angus Beef with Herb Crust
Black Pepper and Caramelised Onion Sauce

Roasted Crispy Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

Either a Mixed Green Salad OR Grilled Vegetables

Dessert??

Irish Coffees
Served in the garden

Pictures will be posted early Sunday morning - I'm sending a silent prayer that I can carry this off. I have a guest who has not tried my food before but has heard about it from his other half so the PRESSURE is well and truly on....
