Woke up this morning (5.30 am as usual) to check my fave blogs and almost fell off my now 'proper' chair when I saw this post!

hehe - I am Nora's Miss August or Madam August. I am feeling guilty as I've not practiced for a while.

Here is a picture of our passionate and dedicated guru, doing what she does best. Leading a class, in her own warm, calm and reassuring way. I'll see you soon.
