

Just soak 2 cups of rice overnight, add into a huge pot, with 12 whole dried scallops, peanuts, rinsed salted meat cut into bit chunks and dried fish (dry fry first).



Stir, stir, stir and serve when it turns creamy with spring onions, ginger and char koi.



By the way, it happened to be someone's 23rd anniversary so we had a small cake and made the happy couple cut their cake 'newly wed' style.
