Roast goose (top) and duck in their thawed state.
After being slow roasted in an oven for approx 40 minutes, wrapped in foil.

P chopped the duck and circling him like vultures were me, Wm, Mum, and the kids walking in and out of the kitchen.

On the table.

So can 6 adults and 2 children eat an entire goose and an entire duck at one sitting? Oh, yes, they can!
