With the full condiments. Fried tofu, limes, kuchai, hardboiled eggs and prawn sambal in the middle.

A close-up of the sambal.

And the gravy.

Decorate your plate prettily with meehoon, topped with the condiments and a good squeeze of lime.

Add a huge scoop of gravy and mix them up. And eat. And repeat. And repeat.

Fried Chicken. Were they crispy? You bet! This dainty lady-like plate was constantly topped up with freshly fried chicken from the kitchen every 15 minutes or so. We must have had 4 to 5 plates of hot, crispy, tasty, juicy fried chicken.

Another plate.

Tauhu Goreng (this is a salad like dish consisting of cucumbers, beansprouts, fried tofu, topped with a thick peanut sauce). I love this - the ingredients are so simple, fresh and crunchy and balances well with the rich thick peanut sauce. (The peanuts still had crunch and bite to them)!

Underneath the peanut sauce.
The richest buttery Marble Cake ever. We had almost 2 plates of this. And 4 pots of tea.
Thank you very much, Z and ADJ for inviting us to lunch and fullfilling our lusts for your fabulous food. T & D, if you're reading this, sorry for making you both hungry and long for home food!
