Mooncakes
Bean paste mooncakes from one of our favourite restaurants in HK, prettily packaged. Step by step. Smooth fresh bean paste with a soft, thin pastry skin, with oily salted duck egg yolks inside.

I experienced my first Mooncake in Chinatown San Francisco with a Cantonese friend of mine who was born there. I think they are delicious.
Yummy with hot Chinese tea!
