Hungry and want to eat something healthy, tasty and takes all of 15 minutes from prep to eat?
Try a cheesy tuna melt.
Open can of tuna, drain well and keep aside.
Combine mayonnaise with grain mustard, dried parsley, salt & black pepper.
Mix well with tuna.
Add half a finely diced onion.
Spread on bread.
Top with cheese.

Bake in oven till cheese is bubbly and brown, and serve piping hot.
Your kids will love this.
