Peking Duck and more

Wm, P, Mum and aunt & uncle went to the Shangri-La Hotel for lunch last December, lucky lucky them! Here's what they had.

For starters:

Woo Kok (crunchy & fluffy yam with mixed vegetable filling)

Peking Duck with Pancakes with the traditional trimmings:
Cucumber Sticks, Spring Onions, Red Mild Chillis & Hoisin Sauce
For Mains:
Geoduck with black bean sauce and green & yellow capsicums and a stuffed beancurd roll with assorted vegetables, deep fried and braised with a superior stock.

Minced duck meat (from the Peking Duck) in lettuce cups, Green Bak Choy with fresh straw mushrooms.
Finally they had Seafood crispy noodles with prawns/fish/squid and scallops.

And they finished their lunch with fresh fruits, a mango/pomelo dessert with cold coconut milk and Pineapple Jam with puff pastry .

Wm told me their meal was fantastic! Wish I had been there too.
