We are having a girls' night in tomorrow with the usual suspects (J, S, M, Wm and I) so I've made a beef shank curry with unpeeled baby potatoes. Beef Shank is wonderful for curries as their gelatinous fibres lend an interesting texture to the meat. I will add some curry leaves tomorrow. We will have curry with frozen fluffy rotis (first time I've bought it) so I'll let you know how it turns out, and rice.
I think J & M are bringing something too, and Wm has baked two loaves of my favourite cake (poppyseed lemon)..
I hope it won't rain so we can set some chairs outside for the 'smokers'... hehe
