Live from my kitchen at 3.10 pm!
I'm marinating a chicken to roast later, with red onions, whole garlic cloves, carrots, herbs, s & p, olive oil and I've also pushed 2 generous knobs of butter under the skin of the breast to keep it moist.
And am currently very slow roasting garlic pips to turn into garlic anchovy dip with olive oil.
