Wm bought 5 live lobsters from Jerudong Fish Market,
so we took them to Thiam Hock for their chef's to clean/cook it for us.
(None of us could bear cleaning, chopping 5 wriggly beasts)..
We had lobster in claypot with glass noodles with lots of peppery gravy.
The glass noodles soon soaked up some of the gravy and some of the gravy went into the noodles....
And also lobster noodles with prawn roe noodles which were from HK.
The lobsters were cooked in TH's signature superior stock with a lot of sweet garlic cloves
Yummmmmmmmmsssss..................
It's the closet thing you could get to the lobster noodles which I had recently in HK.
