Home cooked seafood dinner. We were back from shopping at 7.30 pm sharp as Mum was cooking tonight and we didn't want to miss a single minute of the following:



Panfried scallops with garlic, shallots & ginger


Steamed Flower crab with chilli garlic soy sauce



Poached prawns



Salt Baked Chicken (bought) - with ginger & spring onion sauce



Tofu with chives and roast pork


HK has the most amazing fresh seafood and the crab and prawns were bought live. Sweet succulent sea tasting seafood all enhanced by the sauces which Mum made. In fact, they were so good that only a little was needed to bring out their natural taste.......
