Does this look appetising at all? Considering it's white on white served on a glass plate. But I can assure you its pale looks deceive. Tonight I cooked a few squids with garlic, shallots, ginger, spring onions, oyster and light soy, black pepper and sugar.
(Remember to poach squids quickly first otherwise the squids will become too tough, cooking in their own liquid). Yummy with a tiny scoop of rice.
I should have used one of my brighter plates for a better presentation.
