Today my detox went pretty well - I had a wheat biscuit and green tea for breakfast, a Caesar Salad for lunch (don't ask me how it was - suffice to say I won't be eating anything at all from that place if the rest of their food quality is similar to their salad - my lunch companion had a chicken sandwich and it looked bleurgh).
This was dinner - ok, its processed food but at least it's S & W's, and I added pepper, parsley, few drops of vinegar, and a tiny strip of chicken marinated with pepper, salt & sesame oil for taste. It was quite good. Now I'm munching on steamed corn on the cob.
