Hi M - hope you enjoyed it and thank you for smartening up this blog for me. E.

Hello anon - its roasted garlic with anchovies in olive oil with parsley and black pepper - its a good dip for breads or mixed with pasta with chilli flakes. A variation of a bagna cauda and this is my own recipe. E.

Hey Zt - nice to you and family on Friday, your little boy is gorgeous :-) and you are welcome, glad you enjoyed the little takeaway. E.

Anon - I get bottled anchovies in olive oil from Guan Hock Lee, they are also available in tins from Supa Save (near the sardines, tuna, etc section). E.
